Richard Perris has deep expertise in private equity and private credit. He has over 20 years of experience in private markets, from raising record breaking funds to facilitating complex cross-border M&A. Based in both London and New York, he is conversant with both the US and European markets.

Richard served as general counsel of CVC where he led the legal and compliance teams for both the private equity and the private credit businesses.

Richard qualified as a solicitor at Clifford Chance in London, where he worked as an associate in the corporate department.
