Jen Berrent is a trusted advisor who has been battle-tested in her more than 25 years of experience in business and law.
Prior to founding Covenant, Jen was an executive at WeWork for six years during the scaling of the business where she served in several roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining WeWork, Jen was a partner at WilmerHale, where she was the head of the New York emerging company practice.
Jen also serves as of counsel to Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP, a boutique corporate law firm. In that role, Jen continues to advise founders, companies and investors in complex and strategic matters.
Jen graduated from the New York University School of Law and from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Jen is admitted to practice in New York.
Jen currently serves as a director on HYPOTHEkids and is an active supporter of the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center and the Appalachian Mountain Club.
